Dorianne Cotter-Lockard is dedicated to helping organizations evolve to their next level.  A visionary leader with 25 years of corporate experience, Dorianne has worked and consulted in the private, public and nonprofit sectors, and possesses significant expertise in financial services.  She served as a C-level executive of a Fortune 100 company for eight years, co-leading a billion dollar subsidiary with 9,000 employees.  Dorianne earned a PhD in Human and Organizational Development from Fielding Graduate University and an MBA in Finance from New York University, Stern School of Business.  She earned a bachelor's in Music from the Eastman School of Music. Her Ph.D dissertation is titled, "Coaching Strategies and Rehearsal Techniques that Enable Collaboration."  Dorianne is the mother of Heather and Grace and resides with her husband Rev. Dr. James Lockard in Oak Park, California.
